How to shop:

Fill an application [ORDER] - receive an email confirmation and a Pay Pal bill - pay the bill - after payment receipt in our Pay Pal account, we are sending paintings.

Shipping:

Artworks are shipped in soft envelope and sent by registered mail (Track & Trace). Each art piece I ship is carefully packed for safe delivery. I have special packing materials for each kind of paint. All paintings are gift wrapped in a cellophane insert and cardboard support to best protect.

Please allow up to 20 days for delivery.

The majority of shipments will take between 4 and 10 working days.

Due to changes in registration mail rules in some countries, tracking will be available just until the moment the parcel left Latvia.

I'm not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address. 

I'm not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

  I will ship items after payment has been cleared.

Shipping worldwide from Latvia (Lettonie):

shipping in Europe: EUR 10, other countries - EUR 15.

Returns Policy:

  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform me by email within a week of receiving the goods.

I will accept returns in 14 business days and refund purchase price (shipping cost is not refundable). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

All damage must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received.

Payment Information:

  All payments are taken in EUR (€), through our Paypal account and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank. The receipt of purchase is included in package,
